My desire to see you goes even further than lunch. I want to tell you how special you are as a team. When I sold my home in California and needed to find a home quickly here in Reno, I panicked. I knew what I wanted but only had so much money I could spend on a new home. I had three other Realtors before I found you and Dee. Jill never seemed to get tired of taking us from house to house even though I couldn't find anything I wanted. Although my nerves were shattered towards the end, neither of you got excited about anything and just calmly said, "we'll find you the right house." Well, I really didn't believe it towards the end but low and behold on the last day when we came to town prepared to put an offer in on a home in Stead (where I didn't want to live and didn't really like the house), Dee pulled up the MLS one more time and went through all the addresses. When she got to Santa Anita Dr. I quickly said WAIT!! I haven't been there. She read the MLS to us and it seemed to have everything we wanted. Could this have been the one!!! Dee arranged for us to see it and bingo. The minute I walked into the house I knew it was the one.

I can't thank you both enough for all the time and effort you put into finding us the perfect house. I have told others about you that are moving to Reno and I will continue to do so forever. You are the team to beat in every aspect of real estate. I truly don't think anybody can do what you do and interact so well with your clients. You not only have faith that God provides but you have faith in yourselves which is they key. I believe you both know you can make things happen…..and you do.
